Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative for our technology company, your primary responsibilities will revolve around generating sales leads and converting them into successful deals. Your duties will include:


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable technology solutions.


  • Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term gains and long-term growth.


  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our technology products/services, staying updated with the latest features, and effectively communicating their value propositions to potential clients.


  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies, address customer concerns, and improve overall customer experience.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience in the technology industry, preferably in selling software solutions, IT services, or related technological products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and forecast sales.
